TERM 1 EXAMINATIONS With TOS (Grades 11-12)

The Term 1 Examination Materials for Grades 1–12 are designed to help teachers assess learners’ progress in line with the principles of DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026. The examinations mainly cover the competencies taught during Weeks 7–11 of Term 1, along with selected essential competencies from earlier weeks.

The materials follow the Term 1 Budget of Work (BOW) and should be checked against the lessons actually completed in class. Each subject uses the following multiple-choice format:

Grades 1–3 – 30 items
Grades 4–6 – 40 items
Grades 7–10 – 50 items
Grades 11–12 – 60 items

Questions are developed using Bloom’s Taxonomy to assess different levels of thinking, from remembering and understanding to applying, analyzing, and evaluating.

These item counts are the format adopted by DepEdClick and are not fixed requirements under DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026. Teachers may revise the tests based on their accomplished competencies, learner readiness, class pacing, and school context.
