Malacañang has announced a series of special (non-working) days in various provinces, cities, and municipalities across the Philippines for February 2026, through proclamations signed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
These local holidays are usually observed in celebration of founding anniversaries, cityhood milestones, patron saint fiestas, or other historically significant events specific to each area. Although work is generally suspended in the concerned localities, employers may still apply the relevant labor regulations for special non-working days.
