Be a Contributor

We are pleased to welcome educators who would like to contribute useful, original, and properly authorized educational resources to the Teachers Click community.

Teachers may submit teaching and learning materials that can help fellow educators, including original reading materials, worksheets, instructional resources, classroom tools, forms, and similar educational files.

Contributors whose materials are accepted may be appropriately credited on Teachers Click, subject to the information they choose to provide.

What You May Submit

You may submit materials that:

• You personally created and have the right to share;

• You created jointly with others and have permission from the other rights holders to submit;

• You have received clear authorization or permission to redistribute; or

• Are official or public-source materials that may lawfully be shared, with the original source clearly identified.

Please do not submit copyrighted books, commercially published worksheets, paid learning materials, files downloaded from other websites, or other third-party content unless you have explicit permission or a valid legal basis to redistribute them.

Contributor Rights and Authorization Declaration

By submitting materials to Teachers Click, you confirm and declare that:

1. I created the submitted material myself, or I have obtained the necessary permission or authorization to share and distribute it.

2. The submission does not knowingly infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

3. Any third-party content included in the material is properly authorized, licensed, attributed, or otherwise lawfully used.

4. If the submission is based on or contains official government or public-source material, I have clearly identified the original source where appropriate.

5. I authorize Teachers Click to review, publish, display, reproduce, format, or make the submitted material available through its website for educational and informational purposes, subject to any limitations I disclose in writing.

6. I understand that submitting a material does not guarantee publication and that Teachers Click may decline, edit, restrict, or remove a submission when necessary.

Please include the following statement in your submission email:

“I certify that I created the submitted material or have the necessary rights, permission, or authorization to share it with Teachers Click. I authorize Teachers Click to publish and make the material available for educational purposes, subject to any limitations stated in my email.”

Review of Submitted Materials

Teachers Click may review submitted materials before publication for quality, relevance, accuracy, privacy concerns, and intellectual-property compliance.

We reserve the right to decline or remove materials that:

• Appear to infringe intellectual-property rights;

• Contain content copied from unauthorized sources;

• Include personal or sensitive information that should not be publicly shared;

• Contain misleading, harmful, inappropriate, or inaccurate information; or

• Do not meet the educational purpose or publishing standards of Teachers Click.

Submitting a file does not automatically mean that it will be published.

Contributor Credit

When appropriate, Teachers Click may identify the contributor by name, designation, school, or other information voluntarily provided by the contributor.

If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may indicate this in your submission email.
