Teachers and school personnel are advised that the updated eIPCRF Tool Version 2 has already been uploaded and made available for use. According to the advisory, the newest version mainly introduces an improved presentation of the breakdown of ratings per part in the Summary of Ratings section, making the tool more organized and easier to interpret for users.
The advisory also clarified that there are no changes in the final rating computation between the old and updated versions. This means that the overall computation system, formulas, and generated ratings remain the same despite the enhancement in the presentation format.
Furthermore, personnel who have already completed their eIPCRF using the previous version do not need to redo or re-accomplish their forms using Version 2. The update only focuses on improving the display and organization of rating summaries rather than altering evaluation results.
Teachers and employees are encouraged to download and use the updated version moving forward for a more streamlined and user-friendly experience in accomplishing their electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (eIPCRF).
