The Daily Lesson Logs for Senior High School are now available for Grades 11 and 12 for Term 1, Week 9, covering August 10 to 14, 2026.
These materials may assist Senior High School teachers in preparing daily instruction across the different learning areas, tracks, strands, and specializations. The DLLs may include suggested objectives, lesson content, teaching procedures, learner activities, assessments, and performance-based tasks.
For Grade 11 Teachers
The Grade 11 lesson logs may be used to support learners as they adjust to the academic demands of Senior High School. Activities may focus on developing subject mastery, communication skills, critical thinking, collaboration, and practical application of concepts.
For Grade 12 Teachers
The Grade 12 materials may help teachers prepare lessons that strengthen learners’ readiness for college, employment, entrepreneurship, technical training, and other post-secondary opportunities. These may include research-oriented tasks, workplace-related activities, performance outputs, and independent learning exercises.
Before Using the Materials
Teachers are encouraged to:
- check whether the objectives and activities match the prescribed competencies;
- adjust the lesson pacing based on the class schedule;
- modify examples according to the learners’ track, strand, and specialization;
- prepare suitable interventions for learners who need additional assistance; and
- provide enrichment activities for learners who are ready for more advanced tasks.
The DLLs should serve only as editable teaching references. They may be revised, shortened, expanded, or contextualized according to the school setting, available resources, learner performance, and instructional needs.
