Part of DepEd’s Digitalization Program

The laptop distribution is being implemented under the DepEd Computerization Program, or DCP, the department’s national initiative to equip public schools and education personnel with appropriate information and communication technology.

The laptops are intended to help teachers prepare lessons, produce instructional materials, conduct presentations, accomplish school reports, participate in online training and integrate digital technology into classroom instruction.

For 2026, DepEd earmarked approximately ₱10.66 billion for the procurement of 120,000 laptops for teachers, along with 22,000 smart television packages and 1,000 e-learning cart packages for public schools.

Distribution Continues by Batch

The distribution is being conducted by batches through identified recipient schools and Schools Division Offices. Delivery schedules may vary depending on the procurement package, supplier and location of the recipient school.

The schools listed in this article represent only those publicly featured through Secretary Angara’s official social media posts and related official updates as of August 1, 2026. They should not be treated as the complete nationwide master list of schools or teachers receiving laptops under the DepEd Computerization Program.

Teachers are advised to coordinate with their school heads, school ICT coordinators or respective Schools Division Offices for verified information concerning local allocations, delivery schedules and the distribution of individual laptop units.
