Some affected schools will shift to Modular Distance Learning (MDL) or other appropriate alternative learning modalities to ensure learning continuity while protecting learners, teachers, and non-teaching personnel.

- Limay – Classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended due to the expected continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.
Bulacan
- Bulakan – Face-to-face classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended due to the continuing effects of the Southwest Monsoon, which is being intensified by Typhoon Inday. Schools will implement Modular Distance Learning (HINAY) to ensure learning continuity and the safety of learners, teachers, and school personnel.
- Obando – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented.
- Calumpit – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented.
- Malolos City – Kindergarten to Grade 12 in public and private schools; classes will shift to an Alternative Delivery Mode.
- City of San Jose del Monte – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented.
- Paombong – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented.
- Marilao – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented.
- Santa Maria – Day Care to Senior High School in public and private schools; classes will shift to an Alternative Delivery Mode.
- Balagtas – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented.
- Hagonoy – All levels; Alternative Delivery Mode will be implemented from July 13 to 17, 2026.

Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto announced the suspension as a precaution against the possible effects of the enhanced Southwest Monsoon and the potential rise of river levels if Wawa Dam reaches its spilling level.

Schools are directed to implement Modular Distance Learning or another appropriate alternative learning modality pursuant to Executive Order No. 34, Series of 2026. -
Bugallon – All levels in public and private schools
Face-to-face classes will shift to Modular Distance Learning pursuant to Executive Order No. 43, Series of 2026. - Calasiao – Classes from Day Care to Senior High School in all public and private schools are suspended due to the Yellow Heavy Rainfall Warning brought by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat. Schools are advised to implement appropriate alternative learning modalities pursuant to Executive Order No. 31, Series of 2026.
- Infanta – Classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended due to the expected heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat. Residents are advised to remain safe at home and monitor official weather advisories.

Classes are suspended pursuant to Executive Order No. 37, Series of 2026. - Santa Maria – Preschool to elementary in public and private schools
- San Carlos City – Classes from kindergarten to elementary in public and private schools are suspended due to the prevailing yellow rainfall warning. Residents are advised to remain cautious and monitor official weather updates.
- Sison – Face-to-face classes from preschool to elementary in all public and private schools are suspended pursuant to Executive Order No. 07-23, Series of 2026, signed by Mayor Alma M. Lomibao. Schools are encouraged to implement an appropriate Alternative Delivery Mode of Learning (ADM).

- Oton – No face-to-face classes at all levels in public and private schools

Lanao del Sur
- Calanogas – Classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended until July 16, 2026.
The suspensions were declared because persistent rainfall may cause flooding, slippery roads, reduced visibility, landslides, and other travel hazards. Parents and learners are advised to remain vigilant and avoid flooded roads, rivers, and other danger-prone areas.
