Approval of the FY 2024 Performance-Based Bonus

The Technical Working Group (TWG) on Executive Order No. 61, series of 2024, chaired by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), has formally announced the approval of the grant of the Fiscal Year 2024 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB).

This approval was confirmed through TWG Resolution No. 2026-1, dated July 2, 2026, following the approval of the Office of the President. The resolution serves as the official declaration that eligible government agencies and personnel may proceed with the implementation of the FY 2024 PBB, subject to the prescribed requirements and guidelines.

In connection with this, the TWG also announced the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 2026-1, dated July 3, 2026. The said memorandum circular provides the official guidelines, conditions, and procedures for the grant of the FY 2024 PBB.

The issuance of these documents marks an important step in recognizing the performance, accountability, and service delivery of government agencies and personnel for Fiscal Year 2024.
