MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has declared multiple special non-working days in several localities nationwide, spanning February 28 through March 24, 2026, to allow residents to commemorate key anniversaries and local festivals.
The Office of the Executive Secretary said the declarations were made through separate presidential proclamations, signed by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, and released in an advisory issued Saturday.
