2023 PBB STATUS PER REGION (As of December 1, 2025)

The Department of Education (DepEd) continues to make steady progress in processing the 2023 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for both teaching and non-teaching personnel, with the submission and validation of Form 1.0 advancing across its regional offices.

Form 1.0 is a key requirement in determining an employee’s eligibility for the PBB—an annual incentive awarded to government workers who meet the standards set under the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS). Each regional office is responsible for preparing, consolidating, and submitting the required documents, which then undergo several layers of evaluation to ensure accuracy and full compliance.

Below are the latest updates on the status of all regional offices regarding the submission of Form 1.0 and the release of the SARO for the 2023 PBB.
