PEI 2025 Release: Government Employees to Receive Incentive Starting December 15, 2025

The government has officially scheduled the release of the ₱5,000 Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) for qualified government employees not earlier than December 15, 2025. All agencies are expected to prepare their payrolls to ensure timely disbursement.

Who Is Eligible for PEI 2025?

PEI applies to the following categories of government personnel:

Eligible:

• Regular/permanent employees
• Casual and contractual employees (with employer–employee relationship)
• Part-time employees
• Uniformed personnel (AFP, PNP, BFP, BJMP, PCG, etc.)
• Elective and appointive officials
• Employees in NGAs, GOCCs, SUCs, LGUs, and LWDs

Not Eligible:

• Job Order (JO) or Contract of Service (COS) workers
• Consultants, experts, student workers, apprentices
• Laborers paid by the piece or by pakyaw

PEI 2025 Pro-Rated Amounts

The full PEI is ₱5,000, but employees with less than 4 months of service as of November 30, 2025 will receive a pro-rated amount.
