Biñan City, Laguna – In celebration of Teachers’ Day, the City Government of Biñan will award ₱12,000 grants to all teaching and non-teaching personnel of the Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Biñan City. The awarding ceremony will take place on October 4, 2025 (Saturday), at 10:00 AM at the Alonte Sports Arena.
