The national and local governments have declared suspensions of classes and government office operations in several regions across Luzon as the country braces for the expected impact of Super Typhoon NandoPH on Tuesday, September 23.
Metro Manila
- Valenzuela, Pateros, Malabon – All levels, public and private.
- In Pateros, students at Pateros Technological College will shift to asynchronous distance learning.
Central Luzon
- San Jose del Monte, Bulacan – All levels, public and private.
Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
- Abra – All levels, public and private, including government offices.
- Benguet Province – All levels, public and private, including government offices.
Cagayan Valley
- Tuguegarao City – Kindergarten to tertiary level, including graduate studies.
- Abulog, Cagayan – All levels, public and private.
Ilocos Region
- Luna, La Union – All levels, public and private.
- Basista, Pangasinan – All levels, public and private.
- Dagupan, Pangasinan – All levels, public and private.
CALABARZON
- Cavite Province – All levels, public and private (including Cavite City).
- Laguna (Luisiana) – All levels, public and private, with a shift to modular distance learning.
- Batangas – San Jose, Lobo, Balete, San Juan, City of Calaca, and Taysan (all levels, with some shifting to modular distance learning).
- Rizal – Cainta, Binangonan, Pililla, Tanay, and Taytay (all levels).
- In Angono, Morong, Cardona, and Taytay, classes will transition to modular distance learning.
MIMAROPA
- Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro – All levels, public and private.
