The Department of Education (DepEd) has officially released Memorandum No. 045, s. 2025, initiating the nationwide implementation of the 2025 National Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE). This annual program aims to guarantee a safe, orderly, and well-coordinated start to the upcoming school year.
