The Department of Education clarified that there is no official school calendar yet for SY 2021-2022 and it is set to be released soon through a DepEd Order signed by Secretary Leonor Briones.
DepEd Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction Diosdado San Antonio stressed that the issuance of this DepEd Order will be very soon in preparation for the opening of classes on September 13, 2021 as approved by President Duterte.
The Public Service Affairs (PAS) also clarified that the official school calendar for SY 2021-2022 will be released through a signed DepEd Order which will be published on DepEd's official website and Facebook Page (DepEd Philippines).
