As Week 10 of Term 1 approaches, teachers in Key Stage 2 — Grades 4, 5, and 6 — can make use of the available Daily Lesson Logs (DLLs) for August 17–20, 2026 as additional references in preparing their classroom instruction.
At this stage, learners are expected to handle more complex concepts, apply previously learned skills, and participate in activities that strengthen understanding across different subject areas. Well-prepared lesson guides can therefore help teachers maintain a clear sequence of instruction while balancing discussion, practice, assessment, and enrichment activities.
The Week 10 DLLs may help teachers organize the required lessons and learning tasks for the week. However, these materials should not be treated as fixed or final lesson plans. Teachers may adjust the activities, examples, pacing, and assessments depending on the abilities, needs, and actual learning progress of their pupils.
Educators are encouraged to use these resources together with official curriculum guides, learning materials, and applicable DepEd issuances to ensure that instruction remains appropriate and responsive to their classes.
