Local government units are beginning to issue suspension advisories as weather forecasts indicate a high possibility of persistent rains that may affect learners traveling to and from school.
RUNNING LIST: Class Suspensions for July 30, 2026
BULACAN
San Ildefonso Mayor Gazo Galvez announced the cancellation of classes from Kindergarten to High School in both public and private schools on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Following the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), the local government decided to suspend classes as a precautionary measure.

MINDORO
Naujan, Oriental Mindoro - All levels, public and private (Districts 7 & 8)
Parents, learners, teachers, and school personnel are advised to continue monitoring announcements from their respective local government units and schools as weather conditions may change.

While no class suspension has been automatically declared based solely on the weather advisory, local government units may issue their own announcements depending on actual weather conditions, flooding, and recommendations from their respective disaster risk reduction and management offices.
PAGASA is also expected to release another Heavy Rainfall Warning. The succeeding advisory may provide a clearer picture of rainfall conditions overnight and could prompt more LGUs to announce class suspensions for Thursday, July 30, 2026.
