The Automatic Grade 2 E-Class Record is designed to help teachers record assessment scores, compute grades, and monitor learner performance throughout the three-term school calendar. Its built-in formulas lessen repetitive manual calculations and provide a more organized way of preparing accurate class records.
In accordance with DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026, Grade 2 learners will continue to receive numerical grades using the adjusted transmutation table for School Year 2026–2027. These numerical grades are accompanied by qualitative descriptors that provide a clearer picture of each learner’s level of proficiency and the instructional support they may need. Grade 2 will transition to descriptive grading beginning SY 2027–2028.
Teachers only need to enter the learners’ names, highest possible scores, and actual assessment results in the designated cells. The file automatically processes the necessary computations and consolidates the grades for Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3. This makes it easier to identify learners who may require remediation, guided practice, intervention, or enrichment.
The Grade 2 E-Class Record is intended to support teachers in maintaining complete, consistent, and readily accessible assessment records. However, all entries, formulas, computed grades, and qualitative descriptors must be carefully reviewed before the file is used for official reporting.
Disclaimer: This Automatic Grade 2 E-Class Record is a supplementary teacher-made resource and is not an official DepEd-issued electronic class record. Although it is prepared with reference to DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026, teachers are advised to validate its formulas and contents and follow any additional instructions issued by DepEd, their Schools Division Office, or school administration.
