Medical Allowance for DepEd Personnel Released in Several SDOs

The release of the Medical Allowance for Department of Education personnel is now underway in several Schools Division Offices (SDOs), bringing welcome financial support to teaching and non-teaching staff.

Based on available reports, a number of SDOs have already credited the said allowance to their personnel. This development has been met with appreciation from DepEd employees, as the benefit is intended to help cover health-related needs and promote the welfare of education workers.

The following SDOs have already released or credited the Medical Allowance:

• SDO Butuan
• SDO Escalante
• SDO Isabela
• SDO Las Piñas

As more Schools Division Offices complete the processing and crediting of the allowance, DepEd personnel in other areas are hopeful that the release in their respective divisions will follow soon.
