Teachers may now access and download the official e-IPCRF Tool through this link:

This latest version of the tool includes important updates designed to better align with current evaluation processes and teacher development efforts. Among its new features are:
- Alignment with the one classroom observation requirement
- Inclusion of recording for indicator improvements from the Teacher’s Commitment Form
These enhancements aim to make the tool more responsive to updated policy requirements while also helping teachers accurately document their performance and growth.
Teachers are also reminded that the uploading and submission of the accomplished e-IPCRF Tool will begin only after the 30-day mandatory break. Submission will be done through the official online system:
eipcrf.deped.gov.ph
To avoid issues during submission, all users are advised to use only their official school email account that is registered in the system.
All concerned personnel are encouraged to download the tool early, review its features, and prepare their documents ahead of the submission period.
