Due to the continued effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) bringing inclement weather, several local government units have announced the suspension of face-to-face classes in all levels for Tuesday, July 29, 2025. This move aims to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and school staff amid warnings of heavy rains and localized flooding.

Below is the list of affected areas:

📍 Alaminos City, Pangasinan

🗓️ July 29 – August 1, 2025
Classes in all levels (public and private) are suspended for four days.


📍 Basista, Pangasinan

🗓️ July 29, 2025
Suspension of face-to-face classes in all levels from Day Care to Senior High School, in both public and private schools.
🔍 Reason: Flooding and health precautions.


📍 Lingayen, Pangasinan

🗓️ July 29, 2025 (Tuesday)
All classes in public and private schools suspended.
🔍 Reason: Surrounding floodwaters in schools and affected areas.


📍 San Carlos City, Pangasinan

🗓️ July 29, 2025 (Tuesday)
Face-to-face classes in all levels suspended in both public and private schools.
🔄 Work in government agencies will continue.
📜 As per Executive Order No. 026E, s. 2025, signed by Mayor Julier Ayoy Resuello.
🔍 Reason: Expected inclement weather due to Habagat.

🗓️ July 28 – 29, 2025
Face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private) suspended.
📜 Based on Executive Order No. 25-39, s. 2025, issued by Mayor Carlito Santiago Zaplan.
🔍 Reason: Moderate to heavy rains, flooding, and landslides as forecasted by PAGASA.
💡 Schools must activate their Learning and Service Continuity Plans (LSCPs) and use Alternative Delivery Modes (ADMs).
