FACEBOOK SCAMMERS, POSERS, AND FAKE NEWS
Please be advised that updating of service records, mobile numbers, and other personal data are online done through these channels:
1. Agency Authorizes Officers (AAOs)
2. GSIS Wireless Automated Processing System (GWAPS) kiosks
GSIS will not even communicate with you via private messages using a personal Facebook account
The public is reminded of the following:
1. Refrain from giving personal information on public posts or the comments section on any Facebook page.
2. Refrain from giving personal information to any Facebook profile, account, group, or page that you do not know.
3. Report all suspicious Facebook pages and messages you receive that poses as GSIS or as GSIS employees to gsiscares@gsis.gov.ph
4. Verify GSIS news on the GSIS website (www.gsis.gov.ph) or at the 24/7 call center 8847.4747.
