The Department of Education has started releasing the mid-year bonus for its employees for FY 2021.
According to Sir Albert Lanchita of DepEd Region-12, Division of Sarangani, they have already received their Mid-Year Bonus for this year. He then expressed his gratitude to their division and to the DepEd for the fast release of the said bonus.
As per guidelines, the Mid-Year Bonus shall be given not earlier than May 15 of every year. It is truly good news that in this division it has been given earlier than the schedule. Teachers with active iAccess accounts may check there to see if it is already available. If not, surely it will be given in a few days.
DepEd employees are also advised to be mindful of how they will spend their bonus as it is indeed their hard-earned money.
