The Department of Education under the Office of the Usec. Annalyn M. Sevilla has already coordinated with the Department of Budget and Management for the release of the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) in the sum of One Billion Eight Hundred Ten Million Nine Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos and 83/100 (PHP 1,810,965,960.83) to cover the deficiencies in the FY 2020 Personnel Services allocations of various DepEd Operating Units particularly for the payment of regular salaries and other compensation benefits of our teaching and non-teaching personnel including the funding requirements for the implementation of the Salary Standardization Law (SSL) V, summarized as follows:
