Clarification on the One-Time Cash Allowance for Teaching and Non-teaching Personnel under Bayanihan 2
With the recent passage of the Bayanihan to Recover as One (Bayanihan 2) into law, many teaching and non-teaching personnel have been wondering if the one-time cash allowance will be granted to them under this law.
To clarify this matter, this law has allocated P300 million cash allowance only for displaced teaching and non-teaching personnel in the country. This is to ensure that they receive the assistance to get through this pandemic.
