Based on the IATF Resolution No. 35 announced during the Press Briefing held at the Malacañang, Manila on May 12, 2020, here are the lists of High-risk provinces, Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs), and Independent Component Cities (ICCs) that will be placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) until May 31, 2020.

Provinces, HUCs, and ICCs characterized as low, moderate, and high-risk may appeal their classification to the IATF Screening and Validation Committee with the concurrence of the RIATF not later than 13 May 2020.
