2nd Tranche of DepEd SRI 2025 (₱5,500) Now Being Released

The second tranche of the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for Fiscal Year 2025, amounting to ₱5,500, is now in the process of release for employees of the Department of Education (DepEd).

The first tranche of the DepEd SRI 2025 was released in December 2025, providing initial financial support to eligible personnel. With the recent developments, the remaining balance of the incentive is now being disbursed, completing the total SRI allocation for the year.

According to the latest update from Ma’am Shiela Lim Manuel of NRC-ASSERT, the DepEd SDO Masbate Province has already released the ₱5,500 second tranche to its employees. This early release signals the start of nationwide disbursement across other Schools Division Offices (SDOs).

LIST OF SDOs WITH RELEASED SRI (2nd Tranche):

• SDO Masbate Province
• SDO Nueva Ecija (Autonomous school) P10,000 

Based on this development, it is expected that other DepEd SDOs will follow in the coming days, subject to the completion of local administrative and financial processing. DepEd employees are advised to stay in close coordination with their respective SDOs and school heads for official announcements regarding the availability and schedule of release.

The SRI is granted in recognition of the dedication and service of government employees, and the timely release of its second tranche is a welcome update for DepEd personnel nationwide.
