The Department of Education delivers good news for public school teachers in the country as they will be given a P1,000 cash incentive as part of the celebration of National Teachers’ Month.
DepEd Spokesperson Michael Poa said on Thursday, September 8, 2022, that each public school teacher will receive P1,000 to honor their services.
“Yes po. We will continue with the P1,000 incentive para sa pagpupugay sa ating mga teachers,” he said in a press conference.
The country celebrates National Teachers' Month from September 5 to October 5.
